The next thing I want to show you is called the hip thrust with the hop. To get into this one, you want to make sure you're in proper stance. What you're going to do is you're going to bring one foot forward, and you're going to hop, bringing the other foot forward. Hop, bring the other foot forward, now you're just changing sides just with your feet right now. Hop, hop, hop, hop, hop, and hop. Now what we're going to do is we're going to hop and we're going to hold it there, and hip thrust. Just twist and back. So we're going to hop, twist and back. Hop, twist and back, hop, twist, and back. And for this move, make sure that you land on the hop first before you twist, otherwise, it's going to look awkward. If you want to hop, twist, hop, twist, hop, twist, hop, twist. What we're going to do, is we're going to bring up the pace now. Hop, twist, hop, twist, hop, twist, hop, twist, we're going to add some arms, opposite arm, opposite hip, and we're going to go forward with this. Round the circle, and we'll bring it back and that's a hip thrust with hop.
