"The next traveling move I'm going to show you is called the hip thrust move and again you want to bring the hip forward and back, forward and back, forward and back, this is the hip thrust, bring up the pace, this is the hip thrust and now we are going to move from side to side with it. Your standing leg is the arm that is up and make sure that you keep that slightly bent and what we are going to do is step up the side to the right, keep your foot pointed to about two o'clock and we are going to step up on it and when we step up and put your weight on the right foot, our hip comes up and slide the foot slightly behind you and bring the hip down, step two o'clock with your foot and the hip comes up all the weight goes on there and slide your left foot, step, twist, and drop back, step, twist, and drop back. And the other side, we're going to step going to about ten o'clock, twist up, drop, step, twist, step and twist, step and twist, step and twist. We are going to pick up the pace with this one, twist, twist, twist, twist, twist, twist and cross sides and twist, twist, twist, this is called your hip thrust move. One more time, in a circle, hip thrust, and that is your traveling hip thrust move."
