The next traveling move I'm going to show you is called the three quarter shimmy walk. Again, you want to start with your correct posture and we're going to start with the three quarter shimmy. Again, it's bringing one foot forward, bring your right foot forward, shift your weight forward, back, forward. Take one step forward with your left, forward, back, forward. So, my weight is shifting from front to back to front. Step again with the right, shift forward, back on the left, shift forward, and forward with the left, back, and forward. We're going to take it back. Back on the right, forward, back, back with the left, left, right, left, back with the right, left, right. Now we're going to take it forward, left, right left, right, left, right, left, right, left, around in a circle and left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right, left, right. That's your three quarter shimmy walk.
