The next traveling movement I'm teaching is called the Triple Step, with this you more shift your weight from front to back to front to back and it's going to be three steps; front, back, front; front back front. So we're going to start by bringing your foot forward, you're going to step on the front foot of the foot, then on the back foot, bringing up the front foot, and then forward; bring the other foot forward, drop the left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot; bringing it back, left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot, right foot, left foot; now to put that together, you can add arms, like coming out straight forward, slightly bent at the elbows; forward, back, forward step; forward, back, forward step; forward, back, forward step; back; back, forwards, back; back, forward, back; back, forward, back; again, bring up the pace; 3,1,2, 3;1,2; 3; bring it back, 1,2,3; 1,2,3; 1,2,3; that's the triple step.
