This next combination is going to be traveling hip thrust and then a hip drop and release . While we have our left arm up we're going to travel with the right foot. Right foot is at two o'clock we're going to step up twist, drag the left foot and drop. Again, step to two o'clock, twist drag the left foot in back. So we'll travel with this, we'll just take it slow for now, four, five, six, seven, eight. We're going to take our left foot, we're going to step out in front, we're going to do a hip drop and release, drop, release, drop and release, drop and release. We're going to bring the left foot out to ten o'clock and we're going to hip thrust left, four, five, six, seven, eight. Take the right foot, step in front and hip drop and release. Make sure you're keeping your posture. And we're going to step out with the right and we're going to travel to the right, we're got to pick it up a little bit. Five, six, seven, eight. Step across to the left, hip drop and release, six, seven, eight. Step out with the left, hip twist, seven, eight. Step out with the right, hip drop and release. That was your next combo.
