"So which point on the feet we want to choose to ground energy depends on which internal organs we want to focus on. So if your diagnosis is, this person has liver chi stagnation or the symptoms show depression or jaundice or other liver function problems, then we need to choose Liver 3 point. It's between the first big toe and the second toe between this metatarsal bone. It's roughly 1.5 inch proximal to the joint of these two toes. So it's right here, it's the Liver 3 and we can insert needles, .3 to .5 inches. That's one point we can choose. If this person has gallbladder issues, then we can choose the Gallbladder point which is between the fourth and the fifth toe and one inch above this joint, between the two metatarsal bones, its right here. So that's Gallbladder."
