"So next, I'm going to talk about how to help people to stop the painkiller narcotic drugs. Those drugs make people feel so drowsy even if they feel less pain, but they cannot function, they cannot drive, they cannot think correctly. So when we try to help people to stop those medications, we need to find a way to help them feel less pain. And usually, when you feel relaxed, your body produce more Dopamine, Gaba, those inhibitor chemicals, you feel less pain. So, the point which we use to help control the pain, one of it is called Yin Tang, it's between this eyebrow, just above the nose. In some countries, it's called third eye. So when you meditate or having acupuncture, sometimes you can see between the eyes, there is a flashlight. So when we insert needles, we squeeze the skin between the eyebrow and then put obliquely, point 3, point 5 and then we go slowly there and you feel the heavy pressure goes down to the nose. And that makes people fall asleep within five minutes."
