Now I'm going to demonstrate how to use ear point to help quit smoking and drinking alcohol. First we're talking about the smoking. The smoking is associated with lung, trickier, mouth. So we need to select those points to help people quit smoking. So first we're going to choose the ear point lung. And lung point is located inside of ear cavities. So there is lung 1 and lung 2. And I'm going to show you how. So in the middle of the ear cavity, that's the heart point, and above heart point and below the heart point would be lung 1 and lung 2. And we can put needles here to strengthen the lung function so that when we try to quit smoking we won't feel so dry and also you know, if the lung function is not optimize, people will have more phlegms. So that's the two points, very important for quit smoking.
