"So when depressed people have this difficulty to breath and heart palpitation, and they've already pressed the points on the wrist and they cannot relieve the symptoms, then we can choose a point; it's also called Window of Corporeal Soul and by needling this point, we can help patient relieve the tightness of their chest. So this point is on the back and we first find the mid line of the back. Then we find three inches along the shoulder blade, and then we find the no. 3 thoracic vertebrae start from the seven go up, then on the blade of the scapula, on the third thoracic vertebrae level and that's the point called Bladder 42. So that's specifically for relieving the difficulty to breath and chest tightness, palpitation. And that point can also be combined with Bladder 44, which is two vertebrae down on the same line. So if you combine these two points, the symptoms can quickly relieve."
