"For depressed people because they have this imbalance in the nervous system and the chemical, so they also can have panic attacks. For instance when they sit in airplane or in a train they suddenly feel they cannot breathe, their heartbeat is speeding up and they want to run away. For this kind of panic attack we can teach patients a couple of things to do to prevent the panic attack. One is that we just show the symptoms pericardium six two inches about the wrist line. And between the two pendants. So we can teach patients to locate this points between the two tendons, two swings about the transverse line they can press this point when they feel like a panic attack will come. And the second strategy is that they can take a deep breath in, hold for a couple of seconds and do this six times per minute. That will help to prevent a panic attack."
