"This hairstyle is a good one to use if you're, say designing something clothing wise, that has some athleticism to it, or has a lot of detail around the neck line. Bathing suits, this is a good one to use because it gives you the feeling of just stepping out of the pool, stepping off the beach. Or like I said, totally different, if the neckline has a turtleneck or if there's ruffles or something, this is a good hairstyle to use, or short hairstyles, because then you don't have too much competing and it doesn't run into each other. So, start with your part, and then decide how much is going to flow off onto her face, and how much is going to go down. And there you go, there's the space there where it's not detracting from whatever you have as her neckline, collar, turtleneck, whatever, this way there's a distinct variation."
