"Now we can actually start picking with the right hand. First roll I'm going to teach you is called the forward roll. This roll moves this way along the strings which is why it's called the forward roll. It starts with your thumb on your high G, moves to the B string with your index finger, and then to the D string with your middle finger. The pattern goes something like this. And this repeats over and over again. This can also be done on other strings as well. You can move your thumb to the middle."
