"This segment is on Arnold Palmer's down swing. And in general in a perfect world the way your arms go back is the exact opposite of how they should come down. Same line, follow the leader, one, two. Opposite direction but same path. One two, one two. Arnold Palmer's down swing. So in other words, here we are, one two, one two, flat same angle. That would be coming over the top, that would be pushing it to the right, one two. One, two. One two, same path, with intent with strength, with your arms, the ultimate arm swinger, Arnold Palmer. Try it. Back one two. Very little wrist. Those of you that are wristy and lose and soft. No, if you are an arm swinger. One two. Back and forth, one two. Try it."
