"Then we can do some elbow circling. With one hand and with the other hand, and circling with arms stretched. Just stretch your arms and start to circle slowly. And then you can do it, faster and faster. You can start with the right. Right arm and hold the stick in the other hand. And then take, take the stick with the other hand. And do it with the left arm, too. So it's very important to warm up the muscle of the arm and the shoulders. Because in ice hockey, we use it very much. So, when we are in possession of the puck. And when we are shooting. So if we don't warm up, enough. We, we can have injuries."
