"So if you've finished with the skating rounds. We have to warm up all the joints. So we have to move every joints of our body. And we can start with the wrist. You can do some wrist circlings with, by holding the stick. So you can turn the stick with one hand. We can do it, with both hands at the same time, also. So then, let's do it many times. So just do it with the right hand then with the left hand. Then do it with both hands. Start slowly and then try to do it faster."
