"Moving into savasana, or our relaxation. Let's go ahead and bring ourselves all the way down to the mat allowing the legs to come long on the floor. Let's separate the legs out to the sides. And our arms come down alongside the body, not up close. Let's open up a little bit, our palms facing the ceiling. Let's allow our feet to relax, falling out to the sides. And once we're here, let's close our eyes. Finding savasana, which means corpse pose. Which although it sounds a little morbid, is actually representative of the stillness of mind and body that we hope to feel when we're relaxing in this pose. So with each exhale we can let go of any lingering thoughts, letting go of any lingering distractions. Finding quiet and finding peace."
