"Next we'll be moving through what I call a baby cobra, and we'll be flowing with this pose. So let's start by bringing ourselves down onto our bellies. And placing our hands right underneath the shoulders, and our legs are long, our toes are pointed. As we inhale, let's lift the chest, just a little bit off the surface. And let's lower back down as we exhale. Inhaling and gently lifting. And exhaling and lowering. And what we're doing here is gently warming up the spine. Being very careful here, it's very easy to push yourself up a little higher, but just be very mindful of your spine. Listening to your body. Only going up as far as feels appropriate for your body today. Continuing to inhale and exhale."
