"Next, we'll be moving through a gentle flow or Vinyasa, to help warm up the body. So, let's start an extended child's pose, sitting back on to our heels, reaching our arms away, at about shoulder distance apart. As we inhale, let's bring our shoulders over our wrists, finding a kneeling plank position. And, as we exhale, we can sit back, finding extended child's pose once again. Inhaling forward and exhaling back. Each time we inhale forward, holding our bellies nice and strong. We can add on to this flow, if it feels appropriate for our bodies. We can inhale forward, as we exhale, we can shift, and lower, pushing up and back. Inhaling, exhaling, inhaling, and exhaling."
