"Moving into our half knot pose, sometimes also called threading the needle. So we'll start in our hands and knees position once again, stacking our joints, stacking the wrists below the shoulders and the knees below the hips. Let's start with our right hand, lifting it off the surface, we're going to thread it underneath the left, lowering that left arm down and relaxing all the way to the surface. Resting the right side of our face on the floor. We can close our eyes here and start to breathe deeply into the belly. And release, we're going to press into the left hand, lifting back up to center and then we'll switch and do the same thing on the other side. We'll be taking the left hand, threading it through, relaxing our right arm to the surface, and the left side of the face to the surface."
