"Now we'll be moving into bridge pose. We're starting in a seated position. Let's bring our feet up on to the mat and our knees are together. Holding on behind our thighs, let's slowly roll ourselves all the way back, onto the floor. Bringing our arms down alongside the body, with the palms facing down. Let's just walk the feet a tiny bit closer to the body. Now we're grounding into our feet, about hip distance apart. And on our next inhale, we're lifting our hips up off the mat, lengthening through the front of the body. Let's flow with that a few times to warm up our muscles. Lowering down, inhaling as we lift up, and exhaling as we lower down. Inhaling up, and exhaling down. On our next inhale, let's hold our bridge pose, but continuing to breathe. Let's relax the upper body. Focusing on one more breath. And slowly lowering ourselves back down."
