"We'll begin with some basic abdominal breathing. Now in yoga, we breathe in and out through the nose. So let's just practice that for just a moment, getting used to breathing in, and out, doing that several times. Breathing in and out. Let's start to slowly lengthen the breath. Maybe counting to ourselves, counting to three or four as we breathe in, and three or four as we breathe out. Breathing in. And out. In. And out. As we continue to breathe, let's focus on bringing that breath deep into the belly. You know often times we don't want to let our bellies hang out, but let's go ahead and let that happen. So let's breathe in to our bellies, letting the belly get big, expand with the breath, breathing in, and out. Breathing in, and out. Let's continue to focus on that breath throughout our practice today."
