Video Transcript

"Coming down into Bird of Paradise Pose. So let's begin by hinging ourselves forward and bending this left leg. We're going to take our left arm and reach it underneath and we're going to take our right arm, reaching it around the back of the body, clasping the fingers. And once we have the fingers clasp, let's put a bend into the right leg, starting to lift ourselves up to standing. And we may we stop here, that's maybe enough or we can extend the left leg long, coming back to center and let's release that. Another option here is to use the strap here as well. So as we come down, we can reach for our strap, lifting up and extending the leg."
