"Coming into Twisting Chair. Now, typically in chair our feet are hip distance apart. But for Twisting Chair, we're going to walk our feet so that our toes and heels are meeting. So let's go ahead and bring our hands together at our heart center. And we'll go ahead and sit back into our Chair Pose. Now from here, we'll begin to twist. So we'll twist ourselves towards the left side bringing the right elbow across the left knee. Let's continue to try to turn and open up the chest, turning to look over the left shoulder, come back to center, lifting up to standing and then we'll move to the other side. Sitting into chair, twisting, lift elbow to the right knee and continuing to open up the chest, coming back to center and lifting up."
