"At this point what we will go through is the assembly of the pepper mill. First take the bracket, drop it on the inside. I have predrilled two holes. The next piece goes in the first piece of the grinder where you see writing on the top, that should be shown on the outside. It will fit right inside. Take the second part of the grinder, slip it on to the shaft, slip on the spring, drop it inside, add a retaining clip so the mechanism doesn't fall out. Put the top on, add your nut, tensioning nut and you're done."
