"What I'll do at this point is go through the assembly at the top. You take a drive plate, run the shaft into the drive plate, and drop into the body, drop into the top. The reason that the hole has to be just slightly larger than 1/16 of an inch is it allows this to move freely. We have predrilled the holes. I used a1/16 of an inch bit. The top and the bottom. We will switch from the drill bit to a #1 Phillips bit and put the screws in. At this point you have to watch when you are putting the screws in, after you get the screws down you need to make sure that the shaft will move freely in the plate and this way you will be able to easily get the top off when you need to load the pepper in the mill."
