"The assembly of the key chain is by compression fit. What I'll use to squeeze the parts together is a parallel clamp. The first piece I will assembly is take the whistle end and slip it into the barrel and open these up a little wider and then bring them down into closing and once you start getting it seated, you just close the clamp up and the ends will squeeze right in. You can see where you are squeezing flush. Then set up the next end but you have to watch and make sure your key ring is out of the area and squeeze the parts flush."
