"Moving to Locust Pose, which is another excellent chest opener. It also incorporates some strength in the back, which is the opposing muscle group to the chest. So, as we bring strength to the back, to behind the shoulders, we will be also releasing some tension from our chest. So, let us go ahead and bring ourselves all the way down onto the belly. Bringing our arms alongside the body. We will being first as we inhale. We are just lifting the chest and the arms off the surface. We will hold and breathe. And then, we can lower back down. And next, keeping the legs fairly close together but not quite touching. And, our toes are pointed. As we inhale, let us go ahead and lift just the legs. As if they are actually touching. So, we are moving them as one unit. Lifting and breathing. And, lowering that back down. Now, on our next inhale, let us lift both the upper and lower parts of the body. Finding a full Locust. Holding and breathing. And then, exhaling and releasing that down."
