"The next point we're going to do is stomach forty one, or dispersing stream, and this is one that's good for any kind of leg pain. So this is already moving to a generalized point. And this is in front of the hock, or the point of the back foot. And again, this is one where you slide your finger down, and it just falls into that space. This is a good one to hold in a straight up and down position, but if you've already done the encircling ankle massage, you may have caught it to some extent there. Still good to try to get it on its own. Again, because it's a really particularly good one for pain, a good straight up and down into the point, hold the point steady for about a minute. If you're not sure you found the point, massaging up and down right along the front of the hock will catch it, and also catch some of the other points in the hock joint while you're in the process. So you'll actually be able to catch several points at once. Again, if you can find the actual point and hold it, that's going to be the most effective. It's going to give some deep pressure in that area."
