"When you're practicing, it's important to always keep your body positioned in a performance style, but it's even more important to have your position right especially when you're playing with piano. So typically what will happen is that you'll have the same position except you just need to remember the piano is behind you. So you want to make sure you're giving yourself enough room to be able to signal to the pianist when you're ready to start playing. So usually by pointing your scroll, and say that they are sitting right here, and the piano is right here to your left, you want to make sure you are creating an eye point between the two of you. So you can give eye contact and let them know when you're coming in, and when you're ready to start. So it's even more important in your practice to make sure that you are keeping the right body stance at all times. This is just so that when you do start giving recitals, and you start performing more, you'll be ready, you'll already know the body position that you need to have to perform."
