"Take your floral tape start at the base of the flower on the wire. Wrap your floral tape around the wire. Twisting the wire and stretching the tape as you go. This is what makes the tape sticky is when you stretch it. Twist it around the base of that wire a couple times and then bring it up at a angle so that it catches the base of your flower. Twist it around that base of the flower a couple of times and then you can start bringing your tape down. Twisting the wire and stretching the floral tape as you go. Half way down take your leaf add it and wrap your tape around that leaf several times. Especially at the base of the leaf. Wrap it around several times and then continue down the stem with your floral tape. Twist it until you get to the base and if you have extra tape simply cut it off and twist and you have your flower."
