"Lynph nodes and strap. You want to open up the Lymph nodes. You take that strap, again it's not stretchy it's firm, over your right shoulder for the right side. And take your left hand in your lower back and then bring that strap right up with your hand and set the hand on top of your head. Position the elbows outward, so the top elbow goes back and the lower elbow goes out. And then take that left hand and just edge it up your back and take the right hand and edge it down. So you're trying to connect both hands closer together. Sit up straight and tall so your shoulders are right back, your chin is level, and take a deep breath in through your nose. Exhale through your nose, edge that a little bit deeper. And another deep breath in, feeling that right arm go right back and the left shoulder go right back. Inhale deep and then exhale, and then release. And as you release that, just turn to the other side so you can switch. Take that strap in your left hand and your right hand goes to lower back. Your feet can go in front of you, they can sit cross, whatever is more comfortable for you. And set that hand on the top of your head and the other hand on the lower back. Reaching up and reaching down, you can reach that hand closer together both sides. But keep that left shoulder right back. Keep the shoulders back, the chin high, and the top of the head lifted. And breathe in deep through your nose, and exhale. Another deep breath in, exhale. Each breath today, I want you to bring those hands a little bit closer together. Breathe in deep through your nose, and exhale. And then release that. Release that to shake it right off."
