"In downward dog, just reach your hands to the front part of your mat, like shoulder with shoulder width apart. Take your toes right into the mat. Lift yourself right up. When you lift yourself up, you want to feel the top of the head coming down towards the floor, and you want to feel those heels going down, so you connect between the heel all the way to the hip. It's like somebody's holding you by the hips, lifting you right up. In downward dog, take a deep breath in, and then upward dog, exhale as the knees come down touch the floor. Let your shoulders go right back, and let the chin go up so your throat goes long. And then inhale, lift foot up higher, right back towards your heels, the heels go down towards the floor. And then exhale; let the knees come down touch the floor, let the shoulders go back, let the chin go up. Inhale, lift straight up high, lift right back towards your heels. Exhale, let the knees come down touch the floor, let the shoulders go right back, and the chin goes up. And once more, inhale, lift foot up high, lift back towards your heels. And then exhale, bring the knees back down, bring the shoulders back, and the chin is up. You just walk yourself right back to the heels."
