"In thread a needle, you can put a blanket underneath your knees, and you can put a pillow; a soft pillow, you can take your hands; make a fist, whatever it is for you. But take one arm; take the right arm underneath the left to begin with, you'll lean in towards the right, and just relax. Now you can stay right here, feeling your body weight shift over towards the right, working with the spine, and take the left arm straight up. And as that hand reaches up, the other arm opens right up, connects between the hand all the way to the shoulder, and then you want to take that left hand over. Many people touch their lower back; you can reach over for that hip, then reach a little bit farther. Now breathe in deep through your nose, and exhale, and another deep breath in, exhale. Now reach for the power of that hand, and then come right down and touch the floor. Unthread the needle, and sit right back into child, and just release your head right down; feel the shoulders, feel the back and the arms just relax. Breathe in deep through your nose, and exhale. And then if you wish, what you do is you come back up, and just switch the sides by taking the left arm underneath the right."
