"Now we are going to move on down into the elbow area and do crooked pool which is large intestine 11. For this one you are going to find the crease in the elbow, so where the elbow would bend. You are going to be on the outside of the body again running your fingers down and there is this nice big space you fall into. This one is usually pretty easy to find. Again your one minute pressure and if you are unsure or uncomfortable again that you are not getting the right spot you can do a massage right the way around the whole elbow and that will work just fine but if you can find that crease, get there into that point, straight up and down pressure or if you think you might be in the area but you are not sure, a single finger circular massage over the general area should get you that same relief and this is going to be a good one for relieving stiffness in the front legs so again you will want to do both sides because with the good leg, if one leg is better than the other is going to take in a lot of the pressure and it is going to be stiff just from over work so go ahead and do both sides at the same time."
