"From there we're going to move down past the rib cage and start on a series of bladder points along the back, the first one being bladder 23 or kidney's hollow. It's the one just past the last rib, if you find the last rib, find the spine, you'll feel the bone to the vertebrae, go down to the third one down, second space down, between the second and third vertebrae. And go to either side of it. Straight up and down, steady pressure, it's a good general tonifying for the entire bladder meridian. Any dog with back problem has serious problems with this bladder meridian. This is one you going to want to hold, straight up and down hold, or rock back and forth and that will move the energy forward. This is the first of the series so once you finish this one, we're, you know, you're going to stay with that point and just walk your way back. But this is the first one of the series, it's a very good one in general for any kind of back problems, any kind of arthritis. Working both sides, again, you're just down from the ribs, down two space, down two vertebral spaces from the ribs and off to either side, it's not actually on the spine itself."
