I will be talking about a home office today, but these principals and rules could be applied to any kind of office as well. We will start with the discussion of how to find the best location for your home office. Then we will discuss furniture placement, especially desk placement, what kind of chair is good to have, so we'll have a discussion on ergonomics and we will discuss the effects of electromagnetic fields in the office and what can you do to decrease that. I will give you a list of plants from a NASA report that cleanse environmental pollution and cleanse air in the office. So we will also have discussion on art and color to strengthen your personal energy. And I hope you will be able to implement these principals and into your place and see the difference."
