"There is another technique which is similar to Ming Gua but it relates to the house favorable directions. It called Ba Zhai, what it means eight sectors, or eight houses actually direct translation. So the technique is based, how we define these four favorable directions for the house. The techniques, the technique is based on the house sitting and facing direction. So we do have compass, so we measure how house sits in the space so to speak. For example if house faces south-west and sits north-east, so it will be a north-east kind of house. North-east is self development, so the house will be good for self development. It's, I wouldn't go that far so but how I use it is if house is a east group and person is east group, so that means that they are very well aligned. So often people tell me that they just fell in love, when they were buying the house they just fell in love with that house. They feel, felt so good from the beginning, so it happen, often happen when east group person and east group house or west group person and west group house are aligned."
