"Hi, in this segment we're going to talk about the trick Frisbee freestyle catch that's called the Oliver or Olivia. This catch takes a little bit of flexibility, because it's a, a fairly small window, and what you want to do is use your same hand and same leg, and the Frisbee's going to come in here, and that's pretty much the Olivia. Now if you notice, there's not a lot of room for me to catch this, so for me, I like to actually lean over, and give myself a little bit more room, which should be here. Now that's Olivia, here. Now Oliver would actually be the opposite way. So get in that position, and Oliver would actually be coming from this side to here; that's, that's Oliver. Try an Olivia. You could do it off of the spin, set it, Olivia. Olivia is a lot of fun. You could do it off of a roll set; you can do it off of a straight set. You can actually also do it off of a throw. Again, it's a small window, so you really have to try to stretch your hand under there as far as you can, and you should be able to make this catch."
