"Hi, in this segment, we're going to talk about another type of a trick foot brush. This one's called Jeff O. I named it after Jeff O'Brien, because he was the first guy I ever saw do it, and this particular foot brush is blind, so it's very difficult to get this one, because when you set it up, you're actually taking your eye off the disc, and that's why we call it a blind kick, and the idea is I'm going to set it up with clockwise spin. I'm going to turn around. I'm going to spot the disc. I'm going to swing my leg, and it's going to come off of this part of my foot, come back up, and over to Ryan, so the wind is this way. I always want to face the wind. I'm going to set it up. Give me some clockwise spin. Here, I'm going to set it up. There it is. That's the Jeff O foot brush."
