"Hi, this segment we're actually going to talk about a different type of foot brush and I call this one like a push. It's a little different than the other ones. It's very, it's commonly used on the beach when you’re beach jamming cause a lot of time when you’re beach jamming. The disk is wet and your feet are wet. So it's a lot easier to do the when there's a little bit of lubrication there but this one is done I do this one with the counter, I mean clockwise spin and I'm basically just wanting to take my sole of my foot and push the Frisbee foreword into the wind. It can be done to yourself or as a pass. So here's this clockwise spin. I'm going to set it up and push it. Set it up here and push it. When it's on the beach and there is lubrication there you'll notice that the Frisbee will stay spinning a lot longer and you'll be able to control it and your actually able to do multiple two, three, four pushes at a time and it's a great way to actually push it forward into ether pass it or set it for a catch."
