"Hi, in this one in the segment we're going to do another type of a foot brush and this ones the cross brush. So again it's going to be clockwise spin I'm going to spin it up. Set it on the other side of my body. On the left side of my body it's going to come down here and I'm actually going to have to jump bring my opposite foot up hit it on this side of this side of the Frisbee. So it's going to have to pass over to Ryan. Again you need to kind of have it right in the position and it's very important to try get it right in the middle of your foot. To get a nice consistent pass off. So clockwise spin. I'm going to set it up. Try that one again. I'm going to set it up. One more time. Set it up. The cross kick your actually having to come and hit it right on the bottom right with this side of your foot. So it come up and it comes down to your partner."
