"Hi, in this segment we're going to talk about another different type of foot brush and this one I'm going to use my sole and I'm going to actually kick it in front of me. It's a sole brush. I'm going to do this one in clock spin. So the Frisbeeās going to spinning this way. I'm going to bring my foot up and kick it with the bottom of my foot trying to swing my foot right across the edge of the disk. You want to push it so it actually brings up this way. So the nose goes up a little bit and it's actually a really good pass. So I'm going to try to pass it to Ryan. Just aback up a little bit. Here's my clock spin. Set it up. If you notice that one right there actually hit right, right in here and I actually put a little bit of more spin on it. Here that one wasn't as good a little bit wobbly. We'll try one more. Here you basically really want to move your foot across the front of this disk. Across the front the edge of the disk as fast as you can. It's a great move on the beach."
