"Hi, in this segment, we're going to talk about another type of foot brush. We call this one the Laerbs. Larry Imperiale was doing this one about twenty or thirty years ago, so we kind of named the move after him. With this one, I like to use the counterclockwise spin, so I'm going to spin it up counter. I'm going to move my back to the wind again this way, and then I'm going to set it here, and bring my foot up, and kick it here. This one adds a lot of spin, and you can go into a lot of different combinations off of that, so again, setting counter spin. Turning my back. Setting it, and kicking it. Again, setting it here. Turning my back to the wind, kicking it up like that. You can really add a lot of spin. The Frisbee goes back into the wind, and you can come back down and catch it, or you can come back down and do a roll, or any types of other combinations you want to try, so it's very important to swing your leg. Have your back to the wind, and do the Laerbs catch."
