"Hi, in this series we're going to discuss how to do foot brushes. There's many, many different ways to do a foot brush. For a foot brush you can actually brush it to yourself as part of a combination. You can brush it to your partners that you’re playing with and also a foot brush is a great way to make a save. If the Frisbees out of your reach and it's outside of where you can catch it or do a manipulation with your hands your feet are a lot longer that your hands. So your feet actually give you another few inches or actually another foot and another limb to kind of go for a save a Frisbee that's out of your reach. That you can actually save get it back into play. We're going to talk about brushes that you can do with the inside of your foot. With the outside of your feet. With the bottom of your feet all sorts of different types of trick brushes that you can do with your feet and if you prefect these it's a great way to control the Frisbee. Like I said back to yourself and it's a great way to put spin on the Frisbee. So if you perfect your foot brushes it'll help your game in general."
