"In this clip, I wanted to show you an exaggerated example of where you're going to be highlighting and where you're going to be contouring. You're going to want to use a darker shade to contour the face. And you're going to use that through the temple area, around the brim of the nose, underneath your cheekbone, the hollows of your cheekbone, underneath your jawline and down your neck. You're going to use a darker color because it's going to recede and give you a nice shape. You're going to use a highlight color through the area of the forehead and the very brim of the nose. Underneath the eye and the cheek and the top of the cheekbone is going to be all highlighted through this area. Right underneath of your nose you're going to want to highlight the top of your lip and then underneath your lip. It's really important to highlight and shade your face when you're going to a special event or you're going to be taking pictures. It really makes a difference in photographs. For everyday life you're going to be a lot lighter in your contouring application. For everyday life I would recommend using a powder just because you're going to get a lighter application. So let's get started."
