"So our next strike is going to be outside round house knee strike. Ok it's mostly used for the outer thigh area. Ok you want to paralyze the muscle right there on the side. You see this used a lot in fights ok a lot of them with Thai fights. So what you want to do, you still have the person, that's how you control the person, by grabbing the shoulder, head ok. So this is the leg area, you want to pivot on the front foot, drive those hips into the leg and hit it from the side, right in here, into the muscle. So you paralyze that muscle and you prevent that person from using the leg. Ok so one more time, you step in you grab the target, front leg ought to pivot a little bit. It's the only way that hip can turn. So you grab, pivot so you saw how my foot turned just there. Again, grab the target, you're going to turn and hit from the side. So that's our outside knee strike. We're going to do an inside knee strike as well. Thank you so much for joining me.
