"We just did the inside crescent kick. The inside crescent kick moves from the inside of the body to the outside, we're doing the reverse. We're starting from the outside and we're kicking toward the inside. We're starting with the same step, same position, staggered stance. Right leg behind, left leg in front, make sure you're sitting solid, also, always keep your knees bent, very important. You don't want to lock them out, you can't move like this, this is how you move. Take your back leg, bring it up. Now, the opposite, the knee starts pointing out a little bit and it moves on a circle, to the inside, and then you come back to your stance. Going from the outside to the inside. One more time, get back in that staggered stance, make sure that your stomach stays nice and tight, step up, the knee turns out just a little bit, half a circle, to the inside. Now, I'm going to turn around. We have a target, the kick is now coming from this side, across the face, over to the other side. Set yourself up, you take that back leg, you're going to step in with a kick, start turning that knee just a little bit, bring it across the face, and come back to your position. Again, I'm going to do it a little faster, just a little bit faster than I did before. We take that back leg, step, circular motion across the face, come back to your position. One more time a little bit faster again. Step, kick, and come back. It's just a basic step, you're moving in toward that target, stomach tight, elbows in. Never move your arms when you kick, they cannot drop. Step, kick across that face and come back to position. We just did a stepping outside crescent kick. We're now going to move forward to the ax kick, starting with the stepping ax kick."
