"Okay, we're moving on to the stepping inside Crescent Kick. Okay. This time we're going to start in Forward Stance, okay. Again, staggered stance, left leg in front, right leg behind, have a little space between them so you're nice and solid. We're kicking with the front leg, okay. So the right leg is going to step up. Now here comes the different, the difference between Front and Crescent Kick, because they are very similar. You're bringing the knee up a little bit on an angle, as oppose to straight because the kick is going to move in half a circle, okay. So you bring up that knee and make sure you're kicking with the knee up first and you don't bring the whole leg up straight. Knee comes up, from the knee and down to the ankle, you're kicking. Okay. So you don't change the positioning of the thigh. Bring it across into half a circle and come back to original position. Now the part of the foot you want to kick with is the outside of the foot, right here. That's the part of the foot that you touch the person's face, whipping that kick across the face as your head as the hand, you want it to moves like this, you want to really come with force around and hit the face. Okay. So again, back leg, front leg, have a staggered stance, nice and solid, step up, knee comes up a little bit on an angle, bring it across the face and come back into your original position. Okay, now I'm going to turn around right here and I'm going to show you on the target exactly how that kick moves. You have the face right here, here's the jaw, I'm kicking, set yourself up, proper positioning, step, I'm going across that face, back to positioning. So I really want to hit the jaw, knocking that face to the side, come back to original position. Okay, that's our Stepping Crescent Kick. We're going to now move on to a Hopping Inside Crescent Kick."
