"Hi, in this segment we're going to talk about a couple of other different types of nail delays; trick nail delays that you can do, and one of the first ones is going to be behind the back nail delay. Now, you need to have a lot of space, so again, you have to move your body forward as much as possible, and reach that arm out, and have that control. It's a little bit blind, cause' you can't really see it, and there's not a lot of room. So Brian, Ryan's now going to try to demonstrate behind the back center delay. There it is. Going to try it again, try to hold it a little longer. There it is, nice, perfect. Another type of trick center hold you can do is the figure four center hold, and Ryan and I are going to both going to do it together. We're going to put some spin on the Frisbee, we're going to set it up, and hold it in the figure four position. Figure four position. So these are another type of, couple of different types of holds that you can do with center delay."
