"Another type of throw you can do that doesn't put a lot of spin on the Frisbee is called the push and there is a couple different ways you can do a push. One of the first types of grips you might try is this. It is a backhand grip and instead of throwing the backhand you are actually going to push it with your finger at the end like this so it's actually a push. You call that a push. I am going to try to throw one to Ryan now. It doesn't put a lot of spin on the Frisbee so you really have to be careful on the angle and the actual angle that you are pushing it to. Another type of push is this way putting the finger like an overhand wrist flip where you are actually throwing it this way. So you have this push and this push."
